✈️ Fast Track Premium – Departure

This is a fully personalized service starting from the moment the client arrives at the airport with their driver.
A dedicated agent takes charge of the client, assists with check-in formalities, and escorts them through priority fast-track lanes for security and police control.
The service continues all the way to the boarding area, ensuring a seamless, stress-free journey from entrance to gate.


🛬 Fast Track Premium – Arrival

The service begins immediately upon exiting the aircraft.
A dedicated agent welcomes the client and assists them through priority immigration lanes, helping them avoid queues.
The agent also assists with baggage collection and escorts the client all the way to the airport exit, where they meet their driver.
This guarantees a smooth, fully assisted arrival experience.


✈️ Fast Track Standard – Departure

In this service, the client proceeds to the check-in counter independently.
An agent may assist during check-in and then accompanies the client through all departure formalities, including security and passport control, using fast-track lanes.
The service ends at the boarding area.
It offers efficient processing with partial assistance.


🛬 Fast Track Standard – Arrival

The service starts when the client exits the aircraft and is welcomed by an agent.
They are assisted through priority immigration lanes, avoiding queues.
The agent accompanies the client to the baggage claim area, where the client collects their luggage independently.
The service ends at this point.
It provides essential assistance, but is less comprehensive than the Premium service.


🛋️ Lounge Access

The lounge is a private, comfortable space within the airport where clients can relax before their flight instead of waiting in the public boarding area.
It offers a calm and exclusive environment with comfortable seating, refreshments, snacks, and Wi-Fi.
Access is typically granted for up to 3 hours before departure, allowing clients to relax or work in optimal conditions.
